Disappearing ice, disappearing islands: improving understanding of ice sheet processes for better global sea level projections

I am interested in ice-ocean interactions, namely those contributing to the stability of marine-terminating glacier and ice shelf systems. I use remote sensing and some modeling approaches to better understand how the changing ocean impacts the evolution of ice at the margins of the Antarctic ice sheet (and sometimes Greenland too).
