Attributions of Past Regional Sea-Level Variations and Projection of Future Sea-Level Changes

Ou Wang is an oceanographer at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, California. His research interests focus on ocean state estimation using adjoint method and Kalman filter, adjoint sensitivity studies of ocean state, global and regional sea level change, and large-scale ocean dynamics and thermodynamics. He is an important member of the team producing the central global multi-decadal state estimates of the "Estimating the Circulation and Climate of the Ocean" (ECCO) consortium.
