Dr. Tong (Tony) Lee is a physical oceanographer at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory, California Institute of Technology. He has broad research interest in the linkages of physical variability and processes of the ocean with climate, weather, and water cycle. His sea level research focuses on understanding (1) the mechanisms of the regional dynamic sea level variations during the satellite altimeter era, (2) attribution of projected regional dynamic sea level change, and (3) improving seasonal prediction of regional dynamic sea level.
