From Grounding Lines to Coastlines: An Integrated Approach to Barystatic Sea-Level Projections

Dai’s research interests include the use of various satellite remote sensing techniques to understand Earth’s dynamics and its processes under climate change, and to address interdisciplinary engineering and scientific problems. Dai is particularly interested in developing novel computational algorithms using big data sets from contemporary geo-sensing systems to study natural hazards, such as landslides, volcano eruptions, and earthquakes, as well as coastal vulnerability to sea-level rise.
