Principal investigator, Sea Level Change Portal

Dr. Carmen Blackwood is a physical oceanographer at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, Calif. Her sea-level change research focuses on the interactions among the atmosphere, ocean, land hydrology and land ice.
